nscglobal Achieves Global Recognition from Cisco
Accredited for Global Managed Services and Gold in Spain
What does MSCP mean for customers?
The MSCP programme is independently and rigorously audited to ensure partners can develop, build, design, sell and support Cisco technology-based services that meet customer needs.
Critically, the accreditation benchmarks managed service excellence for end customers, providing confidence in nscglobal’s ability to deliver. The audit is heavily focused on ensuring the quality of service and efficiency of operations.
What was nscglobal accredited for?
Cisco Powered Managed Business Communications; Providing unified voice, video, data and mobility communications for the business environment. The service connects communication devices (such as PCs, phones) and applications (such as videoconferencing, calendar) so they can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Provides comprehensive SLAs for service performance, a Web Portal that provides real time and historical performance analysis.
Managed Router and Managed LAN: A managed router service provides remote configuration, management, and maintenance. This service delivers 24x7 management and monitoring of customer site routers and LAN equipment.
Managed Mobile Communication Services: Combining the flexibility users want from a wireless network with the security and management they require from a wired network. Managed Wireless LAN service extends the corporate network securely, allowing employees to conduct business anywhere, anytime, from any device.
What are the benefits?
“Managed services are presenting organizations with a wealth of opportunities; to offer compelling commercial models and avoid capital expense, to deliver guaranteed levels of service globally, and to free in-house resource.
For enterprises, in a challenging climate, the combination of technology, service quality and compelling ROIs are extremely attractive.
Laister continues: “We’re finding Service providers can address revenue opportunities which they might have had to “no bid” because of non-standard elements. For instance a customer’s complex international IPT requirement may mean an MPLS opportunity cannot be realized. We can fill the service gap transparently, and help pull in this revenue.”
